Oh,  I've chosen 'ISO A4' again.  Now restarting kprinter again
the PageSize list defaults to 'ISO A4'  and there are no scrollbars
so only 10 out of ~ 40 page sizes are accessible. I've found
not way to get the complete list back so I removed kprinterrc.
Unfortunately now I found no way reproduce the bug. :(
