My cursory examination leads me to believe that the VCal conduit doesn't like 
this line:

DTSTART:20010131T000000

In your first event.  It is missing the time zone indicator at the end of the 
string.

I don't remember if this is optional or not.  If optional, KOrganizer needs 
no mods, but the conduit needs to be more resilient.  If not optional, 
KOrganizer needs to be fixed to add at least "Z" to indicate GMT to the end 
of the string.

This appears to only be happening on floating events.
