I've finished off the docs for libempath, the mail kernel.

You can create your own copy by:
cd kdenonbeta/empath/lib
kdoc -d doc -i -e libempath *.h

For those who don't know, libempath is a general mail kernel that
handles all mail transactions and is suitable for use as the back end
to a mail client. It's currently used to provide all the functionality
needed by a UI in empath/ui to give a full-featured client.
