MySQL and SQLite are supported backend for Akonadi. I choosed SQLite because a 
consisten file based backup of my directory is simpler. 

I've filed a bug report #325899 and attached two files with GDB output. Mayby 
sometime anybody is interested in fixing this bug with a SQLite backend.
