If you can reproduce this, please do the following -

$ qdbus org.kde.nepomuk.service.nepomukstorage /servicecontrol shutdown
$ valgrind --tool=massif nepomukservicestub "nepomukstorage"

and let it run for a while. I've found that this generally isn't a memory
leak so much as some memory hasn't been cleaned up in time. Though running
memcheck on it does give a number of memory leaks, a large number of which
seems to be in iodbc. Maybe it's a problem in the Soprano virtuoso backend
which uses iodbc :/

We really need to fix this.
