I hope you don't plan to copy the misfeature of Outlook/Exchange which=20
kills all exceptions if you make a change to the whole event series=20
(e.g. in Outlook it is impossible to change the end date of a recurring=20
event without destroying all exceptions; OTOH, who needs past events?).=20
:-)

Another feature that Outlook is missing (but that KOrganizer used to=20
have) is the possibility to make changes to all future recurrences of an=20
event, e.g. if the event was moved to another time slot. In Outlook the=20
easiest way to achieve this is to delete the old event (because setting=20
an end date on the event at the old time slot makes no sense due to the=20
aforementioned shortcoming) and create a new one.
