that would require a stable release of nepomuk-core which afaik is
planned to be based on qt5 at one day. and migh already have binary
compatibility issues with kdelibs. So a no-go. (and for added fun, what
happens when several libraries provides the same symbols? yay)

that's for k-c-d to decide, but I would expect a loud no.
It basically leaves 2) as the possible solution.
