Hi all,

Of all the open issues, I think the CPU eating bug [1] is the one that most
degrades the KDE experience for all users and in particular lets the KDE PIM
community look bad.

Sebastian Trüg estimated it would take him around two days of time, and
contacted us to offer that he could fix it if someone were to sponsor his work
on this.

So Kolab Systems has decided to pay him to finally close this issue once and
for all. We hope this'll free us to look at all the other things we want to do
during the KDE PIM sprint.

Looking forward to seeing you in Osnabrück,

Best regards,
Georg
