How can I see/found which client is the "first Akonadi client"?
How to disable/not-start it?

Right, I know that, but it is not exactly what I wish.
I work with a new account, never used before.
I want to control what the first akonadi-start is doing.
The first start of akonadi makes changes I wanted to control with a

The second start works different.
