In theory, the migrator should have done it. Manually you can do only with 
akonadiconsole. Right click on the folder, Attributes, it should have a 
SpecialCollectionAttribute with the value inbox, outbox, trash, sent-mail, 
etc.
This is how it works for local folders, for imap accounts the Inbox is not 
marked as such, as you cannot have e.g more than two outbox folders. Someone 
else might tell how the sorting works for imap collections.
