Code can apparently be obtained with:

It seems that the kde-pim stuff is still on svn, I could not find much on git.
In particular, the openchange plugin is missing:

Thanks for sharing. I thought both akonadi-openchange and Outlook used
mapi/rpc. Seems I was wrong:
