Ok, let's make it more clear: I object to this until the mixedmaildir and maildir \
resources are fixed so that: 1) they monitor file changes
2) the full sync is available and working in the toplevel folder context menu (I'm \
already working on it)

For 1) there is a quite hidden setting, avalilable from akonadiconsole to set the \
cache behavior so a folder is synced on access, but this is not enough, as you will \
see changes only when you enter the folder and if it is turned on, the whole resource \
is very slow on each folder access.
