My explanation is the userbase.kde.org does contain the documentation. I
have no idea what an "official" documentation is supposed to be, for my
project ktimetracker there is no other documentation source. And yes, the
maintainability of translations is a major problem in my eyes. Again, this
is just my view on that matter.
