Like Thomas, I started working on this, and got as far as a prototype
library which implements the django template system in Qt. All the 
important stuff is already written, so I now only have to port some 
python methods to Qt, and I'm done.

Unfortunately I also prioritized other things higher, so I don't know when it
will be finished. My library depends only on QtCore though, so I'll be putting
it upstream of KDE. Maybe in kdesupport eventually, but it will be a few months
 before I do that.
