It seems that the folder dialog changes won't get that much acceptance, so it 
would be nice to have a separate patch that reworks the context menu.

Removing things from the context menu will also make it easier for me to make 
right-clicking a folder without selecting it easier, as there will be fewer 
actions that need to be ported (as they expect a open folder in most cases) :)
