How about having all the stuff (which is now very actual and in-depth) in a
TechBase subpages of [1]?
Whenever we want to add appropriate links other web pages, (e.g. add notes
related to other parts of the development like windows or kdelibs), I find
SVN's READMEs less convenient (if not even becoming outdated).
(but that's perhaps my habit)
