I want to stress out that keeping things simple is one of the bottlenecks
of the OpenSource community. All other approaches but this will cause even
more confusion:

* making an own version cycle like koffice does
* keeping kmail out of kdepim for one release
* keeping kmail out of kdepim for several releases
* release an unready kdepim
