In KDE3 it was (eventually, in KDE 3.5) possible to obtain the body part of an 
email dragged and dropped from KMail, by calling the DCOP function 
getDecodedBodyPart() in KMailIface. This function no longer exists in KDE4. 
Is it still possible to obtain the body part, or will this have to wait for 
KDE 4.1 or later?
