All,

When using the OpenXChange connector in Kontact / Calendar there's a section 
to select the folder that you want it to use. Normally people will just 
select the Private->Contacts folder, but there's also the System->Global and 
System->Internal
Is there some way to select all these folders without having to create 3 
separate connections?
