Yes, I forgot to mention that most important feature.

If someone knows a little about kxml_compiler, RelaxNG schema, XML,
and would like to work with me on the file format ... I'd be happy to start
this project up again.   You might want to look in trunk/kdepim/libkholidays_ng
and trunk/kdepim/kode.

This is another area where a newbie looking for a project could really help out.
