Hi all,

since KMail is lacking build-in support for the incoming mails having
a special Priority header field, I propose to add the following little
text to the KMail Handbook.

It explains, how to use filtering to get all "urgent" messages marked
with an "Important" flag.

Please review my patch, and tell me, if I may commit it to kde/trunk
(or which changes you would like me to apply to it first, resp.).

Thank you and cheers

Karl-Heinz :-)
