Hi

I'm experiencing occational data loss with the addressbook and the std.vcf 
resource for quite some time now. I did some experiments recently and perhaps 
found a possible explanation for what's going on. As I just saw in the 
kde-pim archive, this also happens with other resources, so maybe it's 
related. For more details and my patches please see

Maybe you could have a look, as this seems a bit grave and there was 
no reaction yet. Ok, I sent in the patch only friday... but maybe a solution 
can still be found for 3.5?
