I'm pleased to announce that cross-module tagging and references now work, so
if you use classes from kdelibs or Qt they show up properly tagged in the dox
and the links work, too. For an example, see
http://beans.englishbreakfastnetwork.org/apidox/kdepim-apidocs/karm/html/classEditTaskDialog.html ;
that inherits KDialogBase and uses some QString parameters.

Whether, or how, this can be shoehorned into the KTown setup so that the PIM
apidox show up again on pim.kde.org with proper cross-referencing is anyone's
guess.

To have fully cross-referenced apidox at home, you must

1) make apidox in kdelibs
2) make install in kdelibs _or_
    make install-apidox-recurse in kdelibs

The latter of the two options avoids building kdelibs at all.

3) make apidox in kdepim
4) make install-apidox-recurse in kdepim

Now, $KDEDIR/share/doc/HTML/en/kdepim-apidocs/ should have useful dox for you.
