This may not be necessary. AFAICS, given the analysis I did, and the timezone 
fixes that were in kdepim, I don't see any reason why there should be a 
regression in this area.

See my previous email...unless I got something seriously wrong (possible, but 
I hope not likely :-)), timezone handling was not an area of difference that 
I found of concern to the kdepim stuff.

Allen, maybe we want to take this offline given lack of global interest?
