I can see from searching the archives that importing calendar and tasks
from Evolution is done by copying the *.ics files. But what about the
addressbook? Evolution 2.0.4 keep this in a *.db file. 

With nearly 1000 contacts the thoughts of manually putting all this in
again is more than daunting.
