Yes. Sortof. There's kdepim-users@kde.org for user-level questions, and this 
list for development questions. From your brief description below, it looks 
like a user question.

KPilot is a terribly sensitive animal, since it depends on _everything_ else. 
You might downgrade KPilot to the version with the previous Mandrake and hope 
it cooperates with the newer Kontact, or get a newer KPilot version (4.4.6 is 
available as a tarball from kpilot.org). There are no guarantees, sorry, that 
either will improve the situation.
