Howdy,

I just committed the  "Special Dates Summary" plugin for Kontact for testing and review.
This plugin merges birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and special occasions from your
addressbook and calendar and displays them into one summary.

There are known problems:
 1. need icons for holiday, birthday, anniversary, special occasion
 2. events can be shown in both this summary and the calendar summary (should the calendar summary ignore
     events with birthday, anniversary, holiday, special occasion categories?)

Let me know what you think.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you build and install kdepim/libkholidays first!
