Howdy,

With the Kontact development version I noticed that sometimes I get the Tip-of-the-day dialog
and sometimes I don't.  Even stranger, when the Tip-of-the-day dialog comes up it is empty.

I am using kdelibs 3.3.1 if that matters.

Anyone else seeing this behavior or know what might be happening?
