No, not really. Except that we might explicitly add the include header file to 
the .ui file...
Oh wait, the koeditoralarms_base.ui already contains
    <includehint>libkdepim/addresseelineedit.h</includehint>
Shouldn't this be sufficient already? (Obviously not, but I wonder what would 
be the correct way to make sure addresseelineedit.h is included...)

Actually, uic seems to ignore the includehints if the include is not in the 
system-wide include dir, but exists locally... Is there any way we can force 
uic not to be too smart and break things?
