There's the memo viewer in KPilot itself, which should do the job. Note that 
it doesn't sync with knotes at all, so things can easily get confused if you 
mix that viewer with knotes.

Really, though, KNotes could use a better management system for large numbers 
of notes, or a different note-taker could be developed.
