I can't, but IMHO they should.

Ah but there's this special encoding stuff with mailto urls...
so maybe [lib]kdepim should have a KMailtoDrag or so, which 
calls the above when a text version of the url is requested.

But pasting a mailto url into e.g. konsole gives the ugly encoded version
of the url, right? This wouldn't happen with a proper dragobject.
