There is a problem in recent KPilot versions (even the upcoming one, unless I 
fix that stupid bug) that updates do not show up in the viewers in KPilot if 
you have conduits configured. Look at the database files (in 
~/.kde/share/apps/kpilot/DBBackup/ somewhere), to make sure that they change 
when you edit entries and do a sync.

For now, there is nothing to do (except maybe try the source tarball from 
kpilot.org).
