I don't know anything about the exchange plugin, but I certainly vote for
removing the birthday plugin. The resource can do everything the plugin did,
and furthermore provides the data dynamically instead of a statica import.
Keeping both the plugins and the resources is just confusing to the user (for
real-life evidence see the recent comments for bug 18107:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18107 ) without any benefit to the user.
