Right, the admin dir just needs to be in the kdepim directory.

We already solved that yesterday night on phone. The problem is that kde by
default uses /usr/local/kde as prefix, but most distributions don't set their
environment variables accordingly (since they usually use /usr as prefix for
configure). So kpilot doesn't even look there for the conduit's desktop
files.
