Seemed more related to how you choose to save an incidence to disk.  What if 
you want to create another implementation where you must save durations 
instead of done dates?  I think it's better to keep the Incidence as general 
as possible (and as close to the spec as possible) and implement these 
duration-less incidences in the persistence stuff.

BTW, as I read the 2445, durations can be negative!
