Agree. I didn't change that part at all, I just adjusted the rectangle where 
the text was drawn so that it was always the visible rectangle for all-day 
events.

Hmm, a header bar over the whole width of the window probably wouldn't look so 
good. What might be better is a header bar only on the left end of the bar 
and only of the width that the date range needs. That, however, would need a 
fifth case for all-day events in contrast to events with a time.
