Sorry!! I missed your email Carsten!
Basically I explained in kde-cvs why the personal address book was still 
showing all emails (because I was pondering removal of categories and 
going only with distribution lists). The question was whether I should 
treat categories like distrubution lists, currently I am, some thought 
I shouldn't and should just ignore them (again, in which case the 
address book would have to show all addresses). I don't have a strong 
preference either way, but it seems you do so it's fine with me.
