yes, it isn't as efficient as only loading them on an explicit request, but
the load time for a small lib is pretty good these days...

somewhere buried in one of my emails i suggested putting the description on
the right hand side as well... perhaps on top of the configuration options.
so when you click on a plugin you get something like this on the right:
