Harri, could you please test the attached patch? It's a diff
against kdepim/libkpimexchange/core/exchangeaccount.cpp.
I took the diff against the HEAD version but it shouldnt differ
too much from your version.

In your version, do you have a "find" button next to mailbox URL
in the configuration dialog? Does it work? Does it give you a webdav:
URL or a webdavs: url? When you've applied the patch, it should give
a webdavs: url and this should stay the same after you close and reopen
the config dialog. The unpatched version will replace any protocol 
designation here with webdav://. Does the plugin work with the patch
applied and the webdavs:// protocol?
