Subject: [Kde-pim] KOrganizer, may be wrong list...

Forgive me for the abrupt question, but I am trying to track down an iCalendar
compatible calendar program for my Zaurus (PDA). being able to sync with
anything on a desktop is elss important to me than being able to a) delete
one in a series of repeating events, and b) change the date on occasion of a
single event within a repeating event (i.e. from the 2nd Saturday to the 3rd
Saturday of the month).

Glancing over the RFC 2445, it looks like EXDATE/EXRULE and RDATE/RRULE are
able to support this concept, with the proper interface. The question is,
does KOrganizer/Embedded have such an interface? If not, what would one
suggest?

I use Kmail currently but can consider using Evolution on the desktop if it
will make that lower-priority syncing a reality; at work we use Lotus Notes
R5.

Thanks,
David Reynolds
