Thanks Adriaan. Did what you suggested and found one call to Doxyfile.am in 
makefile.in.  Removed same did a new configure then a make. Compiled for some 
time but crashed with a bevy of errors complaining about conflicting calls in 
kpilot. I'll wait until you have a chance to look at it sometime.
