Hi again,
after the freeze is over for now, I would like to ask whether I can commit the 
following stuff:

a) internation address formatting code. This affects kdelibs/kabc/address.* as 
well as two or three patched entry.desktop in kdebase/l10n/*/
This code is preliminary and more or less a request for comments. (I think 
it's okay but I want feedback before I ask people around the world to commit 
address formats for their countries)

b) my printing wizard (for printout for ring binders with configurable tabs). 
I don't know if printing wizard code is about to change, so maybe it doesn't 
make sense to commit this node.
