No :-( Same problem:

: Addressee addr;
: KABC::StdAddressBook::self()->insertAddressee(addr);
: KABC::StdAddressBook::save();        
: QString uid = addr->uid();
: KRun::runCommand("kaddressbook --editor-only --uid "+uid);      

Result: Contact can not be found (or something like that).

Any more ideas how  to do that?
