If vcc.h is generated by vcc.y, then why are changes being made to vcc.h and
checked into the cvs repository? I know that vcc.y generates vcc.c, thus
vcc.c is not in the repository. It seems to me that vcc.h is a static
file. It may be that you were meaning that vcc.c is not being generated
properly?
