In the long run, the CalendarSystem classes should be moved to kdelibs
and the datepicker should be based on these classes. But we shouldn't
do that before the API is stable, I think. At the moment to manually
keep a copy of the datepicker in the calendar system directory for
testing purposes seems to be the most appropriate solution.
