KAddressBook didn't compile because of missing includes in the 
Makefile.am. In addition to that it took the installed headers before 
the headers from the source directory. This is asking for trouble.

I fixed these problems, but I would like to remind you that we are 
approaching a potential release candidate, so these kind of problems 
are unacceptable.
