Hi,

I've restored the drag 'n drop now. You can drag a addressee from the view
to an editor and the full email will appear in it. But you can also drag
the addressee to the new DistributionListEdior and it will be added.
For get this working I added a new class KVCardDrag to libkdepim. It could
be used by all other apps e.g. korganizer to drag addressees.

BTW I've removed the old DistributionListDialog action from the menu now.
