Yepp, all views and printing-styles should be implemented as plugins.
IMHO we should use KGenericFactory here, because writing
yet-another-lib-loding-system isn't the right way.
One problem is, that KAddressBookView has a AddressBook pointer in it's
constructor, that's not supported by KGenericFactory. So we should move
the initialization stuff to an init(AddressBook*) method, that is called after
loading the view.

Any comments, suggestions, objections?
