I don't know if distributors take it into their system, but you can find
it in CVS HEAD in the kdepim modul under kabc/kabc2mutt

A minor problem is, that if you start mutt without starting kde before it
takes a while until all librarys are loaded and the kabc2mutt program can
be executed.
