Yes, it's the funky color-screen phone.  Only available with a serial 
cradle.

No, PDA meaning the i300 (Palm OS v3.5.2).  The password must be the 
problem.  There is a Security setting and after a second look, I think 
it probably is for both the PDA and the phone. The Security screen has 
this:

*** Current Privacy (options=Show Records, Mask Records, Hide Records)
*** Password (options=Assigned, Lost Password).
If you choose Lost Password, it defaults to the last 4 digits of the 
phone number.  No option to disable the password.
